The BUILDING OFFICIAL shall be an ex-officio member of this board but shall have no vote on any matter before the board. The board shall be appointed by the Board of Supervisors and shall hold office at their pleasure. The board has adopted rules and procedures for conducing its business and shall render all decisions and findings in writing to the appellant with a duplicate copy to the BUILDING OFFICIAL.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Members<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jeff Krevey<\/p>\n<p>Joseph McCullough<\/p>\n<p>Edward Leyshon, Jr.<\/p>\n<p>Paul Campione (Alternate)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>APPLICATION PROCESS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In order for your application for appeal to the board of appeals to be processed, Pittston Township requires the following:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;Completed Board of Appeals Application<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;Check or money order payable for $550.00 made payable to &#8220;Pittston Township&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The application and payment could be mailed to:<\/p>\n<p>Pittston Township<\/p>\n<p>421 Broad Street<\/p>\n<p>Pittston, PA 18640<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Applications and payment could also be dropped off at the township building during regular business hours of Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In order to hear and decide appeals of orders, decisions or determinations my by the BUILDING OFFICIAL relative to the application and interpretation of this code, there was established a board of appeals.
